Replace a piece of floor under the fridge and infront of [www] gib board or other infront of bath. Replace some skirting and arcatrav in hall and lounge. Finish deck and panel around deck fence. Replace spouting front and back. Repair window in garage. Replace toilet and cystin. Vynal kitchen and bathroom and toilet. Paint walls and doors through out. Repaint ceilings kitchen and lounge. Put in heat pump in lounge and remove old gas heater and old air con unit.
