Replace Deck Steps and Do minor deck repairs

Replace two sets of steps and dispose of the old steps. Do some minor repairs to existing deck as nails keep popping up. Paint both decks. Also on one deck only some steps will be replaced so the deck needs to be closed off with 2 vertical bars and one horizontal bar as per image.
