Drill 4 holes in a wall

I need someone who can drill 4 holes in a wall, the position is about 3 moters high, you will have to use your own ladder and open 4 holes for me to install somthing, you will need to have your own drill because the wooden wall is too hard for me to drill, and the size of the screw you can see the picture
