SHAK: House full renovation

Have a 1960s house we are bidding on in auction. It’s a 3bed 1 bath house looking at renovating the existing bathroom and toilet to create walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Also to convert the laundry to bathroom. Requires cladding work, interior and exterior paint. Full bathroom renovation. Kitchen Reno painting cupboards, change handles and tapware. New accessories, new corner kitchen Benchtop. Have a copy of the builders report i can email and can organise a site visit if required. Auction is this Thursday so needing an idea on costs before then.
