Joinery: Repair of window joinery for window in north-west corner. 3. Roof covering: a. Treatment for patches of surface rust on iron and around screws. b. Further investigations required into roofing purlins on north-east corner to ensure roof is adequately fixed down. 4. Down-pipe: a. Replace metal downpipe on south-west corner. b. Repair leaking gutter connections. 5. Fascia: Repair rotten fascia on north-west corner. 6. Interior Doors: Repair laundry door handle 7. Cabinet Conditions: Historical water damage in kitchen cabinets.
