Odd Jobs

We are doing the house up to rent there are maybe 6 handy man jobs needing done round the place. 1. Beside the basin in the bathroom there is a gap between it and the wall. Can we have this filled with something? 2. The screw from the hand rail falls out, it needs to be secured. 3. The deck has a board that shrunk too much it likely needs a block put in underneath it to screw it down properly too. 4. There is a vent that I think comes from the heat transfer system that doesn’t have a cover on it. Can you put something on it? 5. The kitchen bench needs to be secured to the wall. 6. The shitty job stopping job needs to be sanded down and repainted.
