Fitness bike repair

I have a York Fitness C510 exercise bike that I have used for years. Expensive when I bought it and still pricey today. Recently the rubber belt has come off the drive wheel a couple of times. I have managed to get the plastic casing apart far enough to re-position the belt and re-tension the cable, but it keeps slipping off. It looks like the drive wheel (attached to the pedals) is loose and not running straight and/or the belt may need placing. Parts can be ordered. Got the manual but I'm not up to taking the thing apart. I need a handyman who can read the diagram, identify the problem and fix the bike.
