Building Maintenance

I'm looking for someone to conduct regular building maintenance. This will include: - Annually: Softwash the building - Annually: touch up paint on roof (not expected to paint the whole roof - just in patches if required). - Quarterly: clearing out the gutters and rainheads (likely need to run rods through). Roof can be accessed through the 2nd floor by crawling up through ceiling space. - Monthly: applying bird repellant gel around rainheads and nesting areas. - Monthly: spraying weeds in car park and environs and removing any rubbish. - Monthly: clean bird droppings off roof, building and immediate surroundings as necessary.
