Absentee overseas owners and the property is vacant and has been prepared for sale. The property has been painted interior and exterior with new carpet and vinyl flooring. The following tidy up work is required now that the plumber has finished the bathroom/toilet/laundry. The paint finish interior and exterior is white high gloss acrylic everywhere keeping it simple Jobs to be done: Bathroom: The new gib board work, has a few electrical fittings taped up for painting that need to be untaped and screwed back in place The bathroom door needs to be adjusted as it does not closeUnder the bathroom door, there is a gaping hole that needs to be blocked off with gib and painted Need some tiles or lino on the bathroom floor Gib board around bath Interior: 2 of the bedroom doors need to be planed and put back on their hinges as new carpet was laid 2 bedroom sash windows are painted closed so cannot open and one of them has a gap to outside There is a little rip in the wallpaper beside the fireplace in the lounge New glass has been fitted in the sliding door in the sunroom, a flashing around the sliding door, a door handle and interior foot lock is required Painting: Inside of the back door needs painting in dark grey Front door steps in dark grey Wooden kitchen cupboard doors that are presently brown must be painted white gloss acrylic Paint under window in sunroom white gloss acrylic. Some capping on one corner of the spouting is missing allowing water to escape Gib board around bath painted
