Moisture under building has damaged (rotted) parts of floor which is made of sheets of plywood. prefer pulling up complete area and replacing with new plywood. Moisture caused by water flowing from neighboring down-pipe. This may require concrete work to stop flow of water in future. This could be included in job but repairing of rotten floor most important for now.
