Homeowner seeks an experienced quality carpenter/builder/joiner in the first instance, to undertake weatherboard/barge board/window repair and/or replacement and follow up with full exterior paint work - i.e. prep works and straight lead in to full exterior painting. +Plus+, some internal refurb works with plumbing, electrical & interior rebuild for small bathroom/toilet area (including refit of new shower/bath, toilet & laundry facility) possibly additional foundation work to accommodate. Prior client references a must have requirement please. Looking for completion by Mar/Apr 2022.
