Garage and house renovation

i have a double garage, with a leak in the ceiling that needs to be fixed, insulated and lined with extra ciling lights. previous handyman started lining the walls but half of the walls is still to be done. the old windows and doors need to be taken out and new ones put in. outside walls of the garage also needs a tidy up with some holes and gutters to be repaired. in the house need a bathroom cabinet to go in the wall. a window and outside sensor lights to be changed. some kitchen cupboards need to be taken out and new ones put in.
