Property repairs & maintenance

Hi, I manage a non-profit organisation and our building is need of some repairs. Two gates to the rear carpark need jockey wheels. A large, heavy wooden sliding door in one of our meeting rooms has come off its runner and needs repair. Also we need barbed wired replaced along part of our fence line where it has been pulled down to gain access to our carpark.
