This property is aprox 100 yrs old, and due to no external repairs in the past this building needs extensive load bearing and external cladding replacements. A builders report was written earlier this year and is available if interested in this project. It will be conducted in stages and the first stage is the replacement of rotten framing, weatherboards and window framing...... I will be the initial POC and can explain issues however I am in Australia and after initial discussions will pass you on the a POC in Gisborne to arrange site visit. This project is ready to start asap.
