Hang a mirror on the wall

I would like a mirror to be screwed/ bolted to centre of the wall in a horizontal position. Mirror weighs approx 15-20kg. The mirror already has brackets attached from our previous address but you may have to supply the bolts/fixings. The mirror is approx 6ft length by 3ft wide.
