Repair/Replace Rotten Deck Section

2nd story deck which is in a generally poor state of repair has a large nasty rotten section. Need it sorted before it deteriorates more... The whole deck really needs replacing, but budget is an issue - happy to discuss options on a larger scope of work if its affordable.
