Hi, I've recently had a building report carried out on a property. Matters requiring attention: *The ensuite toilet cistern is leaking into the toilet. *High moisture readings were taken in the ensuite. Most of the windows need to be repaired. The asbestos weatherboards have been installed over the original weatherboards.
