Recliner chair for tall disabled person

Chair needs to fot my 5'10" daughter who has chronic pain. We are looking for someone to design a chair that fits her body and supports her neck and head. We are finding chairs too short in the back and push her shoulders forward causing her pain so thought we might see if a custom chair my be the better way to go.
