fix floor in Hot water Cupboard #2

I have advertised this previously looking for a genuine trades person to fix/repair a floor in my hot water cupboard. the cupboard its self is not huge I will provide materials needed to get the job done i.e. plywood 4x2 for joist and nails. job will need to be done after water cylinder has been removed from cupboard. Note I am a teacher by profession so I do understand what is required.
