Localised roof repair to front end gable of traditional bungalow

Localised maintenence roof repair required to address small area of rotted shingle cladding due to unflashed gable wall to bedroom roof junction/intersection. The area of rot damage is isolated to a 1 meter wide area but is a leak point and I need repaired and a flashing installed during good summer weather. Scope of works will include: Removal of all rotted timber shingles and base plate, Check condition of framing behind. Fabricate and install flashing to prevent future leaking. Reinstate new treated shingles and base plate. Repaint replaced timber to prevent future deterioration.
