House Cut in Half to relocate and not put back together properly

We have figured out whats wrong, ....Its not the weatherboards.... When they relocated the house , they had to cut it in 2. Well instead of doing it properly - it looks like they just dumped it on the site, glued it a bit with silicone; and buggered off. So its actually a matter of quoting to fix the problem that has occurred ( Leaks on both sides of the house) and then quote on "preventing further problems" eg - a lick of paint, insulation, flashing around power meter (which is the cause of the wet/mouldy carpet) etc etc Thanks Stacey - The LL is in Luxemborg and we are organising it on behalf of him. He knows he has to fix the leaks etc becasue of "Health Reasons" but is unsure of what amount of money he is willing to spend to give the house a "Mini-makeover" hence the 2 quotes.
