Sam is definitly a star. He has a strong sense of responsibility. He is excellent in communication by providing details of cost, estimated start and end dates of the project, and details and reasons for any delays (e.g., rainy days). We are very satistifed with Sam's skills and the result is perfect. I initially only hired Sam for installing our letter box, and I ended up handling jobs of installing fences and replacing our gutter to him. I strongly recommend him.
