Inspect, repair, and paint cracks in roughcast exterior cladding.

We are concerned about a crack (1 meter long) in exterior roughcast/stucco cladding on a domestic property. The crack seems shallow (may only be cracked paint) but we would like someone qualified to assess that there is no water ingress or structural problem, repair as needed and paint. There are a couple of other smaller cracks that we could repair at the same time. Thanks.
