Floorboards replacement and holes in ceiling

Free quotes? My hot water Cylinder was leaking and unbeknown to me, had been for a while. I had it replaced and have water damaged floorboards in the lounge that need replacing. They are under the carpet that I want to retain. I also have 3 holes in ceiling one in kitchen and 2 in the lounge after renovating. I would like these filled in. Thank you.
