We require the wooden trim to be removed from the left side wall so that a larger refrigerator can be put in this space. As this area is where the floor vinyl meets the wall lining, it will need to be adequately covered/sealed. - Material to be provided by handyman. - New fridge ETA around 12 June. - Work will need to be undertaken in the afternoon.
