Urgent - A few small jobs and house tidy up

Image 1 - The cover/box for the power meter is missing! Please replace it as per the old picture (Image 6) Image 7 & 8 - Scuff marks from the kitchen wall and master bedroom's wall need to be removed or paint matched and repainted Image 2 - The white paint on the window seat is scratched off - needs to be repainted Image 3 - Rubbish removal and disposal from Fireplace Image 4 - There is a chair left in the garden shed - needs to be removed and disposed Image 5 - Garage is left behind in an untidy condition. There's a broken mirror, wooden logs and some more rubbish left behind - needs to be tidied up
