Lean to - mudroom

I need a lean to constructed on the outside of my house to function as a mudroom between the outside and the back door, complete with some shelves for boots and hooks for coats. May also look to have a new door installed. The first two photos included are of the outside space, and the third is taken from a youtube video to show the kind of thing I am after. I really don't know what the price range for this kind of work is, so forgive me if the estimate is way off.
