Stabilise pilings on toilet room

We have a villa built in 1918. There is a toilet "add-on" that has open wooden piles underneath, exposed to the elements. The floor has had a serious slant since we moved in three years ago, and I fear it may be getting worse. We would like someone to visit us soon for an inspection. We are preparing the property for sale, so will need it up to standard with minimal cost. Thank-you.
