Front door not properly shutting, has to be slammed or forcefully shut and then once shut it is hard to open. I think it's because of some alignment of the lock on the door and the hole it goes into on the wall that need adjusting. Please see photo as that might help explain as this is the part I think that needs adjusting to fix.
