Need little bit and pieces done on my Rental to make it healthy homes compliant. The property is in Papanui. Please see below: 1) need to top up fibre glass in sleepout, 2) range hood to be installed and ducted in the kitchen, (range hood will be supplied) 3) draught stopping around laundry door and bathroom window, 4)need to change the tap in kitchen(new tap will be supplied ) 5)back door to be replaced. (New door will be supplied )
