I have a gorgeous 1900s house in Mairehau Christchurch with timber weatherboards that need some love. There are some locations of dry rot and some of wet rot around the house that need to be replaced before I get the house repainted. I’m hoping to get this done in February so it can be repainted before winter. You will need to come out and look at the house to quote the work - I’m unsure how much needs to be replaced.
