redo flooring

We are hoping to move into a house on 7 December, which has some very old smelly carpet. What we would like to have done is remove the carpet, remove some wardrobe walls, sand the underfloor (which appears to be rimu T&G), fill in cracks, etc, (stain the wood?) and apply 2 to 4 coats of polyurethane. The house is 100m2, but we believe the area of floor to be redone would be approximately 75m2. We were wondering if there were anyone that could get this done before our furniture arrives 7 December. We could potentially delay furniture delivery until the end of the month.
