1) Front door has water ingress at bottom during driving rain - weatherstrip required? (note the door might need to be shaved to fit) 2) Sleepout floor has small holes that need repairing (note current floor is vinyl and will be eventually replaced with carpet - so just need hole closed to stop drafts/bugs etc) 3) Laundry has a DIY hole to vent dryer ducting - needs a removable blocker for drafts etc 4) Window latch has broken in Master Bedroom 5) Hallway has exposed Fusebox - wanting a cupboard fabricated around it 6) Lounge floor has developed squeaky part and needs fixing
