Several small jobs and some ongoing work.

Some gib and plastering, remove and fill some ceiling holes where lighting is being removed (we will have an electrician do the necessary electrical work) Prepare a wall for papering and optionally paper it, or we can get someone specifically to do this. Carpet repairs, edges that have lifted and been scratched at by a cat etc. Some carpet may need to be restretched. Some general repairs, hinges on doors to be replaced, door stops etc. Ongoing work from time to time as we work on other areas of the house.
