Repairs - Preparing house for sale

Hello, I am looking for someone to replace / repair 2 areas of soffits and facia boards as per photos. There is potentially some other rot in other fascia boards as well that will need addressing. Also, I would like installation of 5 vent grilles at the foundation level leading to the sub floor. Metal seismic strapping is required for a polythene header tank (pictured). The house is being prepared for sale later this year so if any other issues are identified on site that would flag up on a building report I am happy to accept quotes on the day. Thank you.
