1. A tap that is leaking a lot of water. It makes sounds and sticks when trying to turn it off. 2. We added a new shower head to the shower, but could not do it properly. We have a spare part and the shower almost only dribbles out.

Poor and missleading. Didn’t confirm first date for a quote, but arrived. Second attempt for a quote he did a partial job and lied that he fixed shower, leakimg tap better, but still leakimg. I paid invoice before checking his work. His hourly rate works out to be anout $115 per hour and invoice is not ird compliant or itemised. Third attempt to rectify, he didn’t bother to turn up. Poor workmanship, poor comms, untrustworthy and has abused this sites system of trust seeking a quote.

"As I visited the site 3 times the hourly rate is about $35 plus petrol and travelling time I think this was quite reasonable . I adjusted the shower and It was checked by the clients son and deemed O.K. I cannot put more pressure on an unequal pressure system .This was also explained ."
