These are repairs after a tenant has left. It involves fixing a door, some painting work and blending, repairing kitchen cabinets and repairing a few holes in the walls.

He was very fast, communicated well and did a good job with the finish of the walls. The tenant we had in at the moment said that he completed the job when he said he would and so it was easy for them - he was there when expected and he finished when he said he would. Would recommend him to others.
