Identify & block animal access into roof cavity
Job description
A roof cavity inspection for insulation revealed that animals (cats/rats) are able to get in. Need to identify WHERE and block access - it probably is where a newer unit is attached to an older existing garage & I think could simply be blocked by putting spare bricks I have over gap, but I am not up to clambering up on the roof (over 65!) Should be simple job to poke through pole from inside roof to identify outside access and block hole - half hr?? - can't have insulation done until it is done, so reasonably urgent.

Really appreciated the "extra mile" Karl went to for what was a small but really important job to me! He was careful not to make it into a bigger job than it needed to be, just to take longer and charge more. The solution he came up with was effective and appropriate and grateful to have it done on time and in budget. Will be keeping Rpm Carpentry on my radar for other jobs and recommending to others if they need something done (in fact I already have...)
