Home handyman required

Could you please quote for some small jobs at a rental property: 188 Knowles St, St Albans. 1. Replace shower head and hose. Apparently the shower head drops when the water comes on. 2. Fix shower door. The top hinge has come loose. 3. Come up with a solution to cover grill (x2) from old floor heating system. I’m not bothered about cosmetics or carpeting at this stage. I just want to remove the cold draft and avoid a safety issue by preventing one of the kids jumping up and down on it. 4. Replace light at the front outside door. It’s unclear to me whether this needs a sparky. Please contact me to arrange access via my tenants. Kind regards James Ryan
