Putting Heated Towel Rail Up (needs new parts)

We have a heated towel rail that needs refixing to the wall. However, the brackets/straps were broken when it was removed for painting. Part of the job would be to source replacement brackets/straps and then use these to secure it to the wall. It is Skope brand (see photos) In a rental property currently occupied so we would need to coordinate with tenants on timing for the job. If you can quote for the total job of sourcing the brackets/straps and re-fixing to the wall that would be great.
