Rodent Issues

We have a 70's/80's house complete with some spots where rodents can and have entered. Our goal is to add a preventative barrier and to do some remedial work. Here is what we are thinking. 1. Place some Xcluder product in places where rodents can enter in gap between bottom plate and bottom of cladding. 2. Remove dishwasher and under sink cabinet and remove and replace Gib board behind. The cabinet is modular and we have new identical replacement from same kitchen manufacturer.
