DECK AREA REPAIR AND PAINT
Job description
REPLACE SOME BOARDS IN OUR DECK. PAINT THE DECK AND THE DECK STEPS. FIX THE BOTTOM OF THE STICKING FRENCH DOOR ONTO THE DECK. {SEE IF LOWER DECK CAN BE REPAIRED AND PAINTED (WILL ADD TO COST, BUT I HAVE NO IDEA IF IT CAN BE FIXED. COULD NOT GET A GOOD PHOTO TODAY.} PAINT HOUSE TRIM AND FASCIA BY DECK FIT A FLANGE NEAR THE CHIMNEY PAINT ANOTHER FASCIA UP HIGH BY THE ROOF.

We were getting our house ready to go on the market when we found John through Builderscrack. He was heaven-sent! Not only did he produce a beautiful looking deck and fascia boards (our original jobs), he willingly squeezed in all the extra little repairs I noticed, sometimes coming back late in the day from another job to tackle the extras (like repainting all the outdoor window frames). Our old house was looking great for the photos and open homes, and sold at 21 days. All credit to John!
