Green Mould

We have green mould on an exterior wood stained south facing wall. The area is quite high, so needs a ladder and I would expect a harness because the roof is steep. We are looking for someone to remove it for us. Picture show house, wall in need of attention is left side above garage (can't actually see the wall in this shot)
