house do up - doors preparation and painting - other odd jobs

I want to employ someone on an hourly rate who is available to start asap Prep & Painting internal doors and window frames (inside & out). Install rangehood ducting (electrics already done). Fix part of guttering. Put in replacement back door. install door and frame to laundry Some landscaping/gardening/straighten fences. I have been working on doing up house but with limited time on weekends am running out of time and patience. Now just want to get on and get finished so can rent house out. Will upload more photo's of window frames and other items relating to various jobs required later. Thanks .
