Mount dryer and install external dryer vent

I need a new dryer to be wall mounted and to have an external vent installed for it. My laundry is in the garage in a nook that already has a front loading washing machine in it. The spare space above it is 1.2m, depth is 61cm, and width is 1.03m (the washing machine is 60cm wide). The new dryer is a Fisher and Packer DE7060P1, specs are 83cm high x 60cm wide x 60cm and it came with a mounting kit and external venting. My house is made of hebel concrete panels.
