Minor house repair

1. The kitchen tap mixer, the top of this tap comes out, so if you have to high a water pressure the top of the tap will pop off causing water to go everywhere. 2. The kitchen window latch has come off and there is a dining room window latch (the bottom portion) has aged and broken and this causes a dramatic breeze. 3. In the lounge there are windows that will not open, the only two that do are the driveway side. In one of the bedrooms (the one up the hallway closest to the kitchen) the left window does not open. 4. Pruning the trees that are restricting access around the property and brushing up against the property, please see the photo. image1.jpeg
