Secure wheelie bins

For a tenancy the wheelie bins for general rubbish and recycling need to be stored outside and it is a windy area meaning they need to be secured so they won't blow over or be pushed into windows by the wind. Probably simply dealt with by fixing a couple of loops/eyes, to the concrete wall and then putting a bungy cord or chain around the bins. If you have another idea that is better that is something we will consider. There will be a need to meet on site to clarify the location to affix the bins. We may have further handyman work from time to time in the Ferrymead area and Christchurch CBD.
