Jib patch job and plaster
Job description
Have 3 small jib patch up jobs from a pipe leak. Will require a plaster but the sand back i can do. I'll supply the jib. I will pay an hourly rate and will require an invoice. Job is St Albans

"Before job started, we agreed on an hourly rate, as I couldn’t look over job. Next step we had to make was fitting job in with his tenants, we found the tenants willing to work us, they made us feel welcome. Job went well after a slow start fixing patches, due to extra damage found, but I got there in the finish. Customer sanded plaster, and he told me the patches were very smooth to sand and it turned out well. Guess I’m a little shocked regards to some of the reviews I received, as I’m always trying to please my clients, by being professional at all times, I will work on these areas to make my business provide a better service for new and current clients, Thank you for the job Warwick, best of luck for the future.
