Step for patio into house

Hi Would like a quote to put a step at the front door on top of existing concrete decking. Drop from door to existing is 100mm. Width of step (from left widow to edge of timber seat is 1.85m) Not sure whether a concrete or timber solution will be best long term so any advice /thoughts appreciated. Looking at coming out 650mm Width 1.1m Depth 100mm If concrete, I’d like the finished product to match existing. It’s not a big job so thanks for taking the time to view.
