finish off odds and ends

I am renovating my house. My builder has had to dramatically cut his hours down. I'm looking for a handy man to finish off the odds and ends: trimmings, gib lining, flashing, replacing a few weather boards, tiling, laying a floating floor etc. I would guess about 1 to 2 weeks worth of odds and ends. I would prefer someone that can work full time until the job is done. Please include your hourly rate when contacting.
